Although I enjoy a cup of tea every now and then (with cream and sugar), I’m certainly not a connoisseur of fine teas. My sister on the other hand is an avid tea drinker who likes to savor the good stuff. She told me about a new tea shop that opened up recently at Valley Fair and how they have a huge selection of teas from which you can sample (aroma-wise). The company I believe is Japanese and they have exactly 6 stores in the US (5 in California and 1 in Hawaii). I sampled a Champagne Rose tea today from the stash of fruity teas she’s given me to try out, and I felt a bit like I was having afternoon tea at my desk (minus the ambiance and tasty tea cakes).
