TGA Golf

Nicholas has finished off 1 full year of Golf lessons at school already, and he just received his certificate for having passed Blue level.  When I went to pick Nicholas up after his lesson, Coach Takako actually told me that Nicholas has improved tremendously in recent weeks (to my surprise) and recommended that we consider enrolling him in private lessons on Saturdays to not let his skills get rusty over the summer.  We had decided to bail out on Golf camp cuz it doesn’t fit well with our work schedule, and we weren’t sure if we wanted to dedicate every Saturday morning to Golf just yet.  Oh well, maybe we’ll take another year to reconsider (assuming they will have the same TGA Golf at their new school next year).

Each time the student passes 1 session of Golf, he is advanced to the next level. Typically most students get advanced unless they’ve missed too many classes or are really struggling to get the basics. The first level is Yellow, followed by Red I think, then Blue, and finally Black. Nicholas has not made it to Black level yet but I imagine by next year he’ll be able to get there if his new school offers a Golf program through TGA. In the meantime, you’ll see Sandra’s Kyle featured on many of the photos on their TGA website. :-)
